The entire service was excellent. As soon I departed the airport, the taxi driver was already there waiting for me. She brought me to the grocery store to get my essentials and then we went to the apartment where we met the property manager Mr. Troy. Where ever we needed to go we were always there on time. I highly recommend
Troy and his team have been wonderful to us. I was in communication with Troy from Oct 2023 planning our mini vacation and embassy visit. His colleague Vivian were at the airport before the plane landed and we had delayed by couple hours. She still greeted us with a warm bright bajan smile!!! And she interacted with us and guided us throughout the ride to our hotel. She then picked us up the next morning extremely early for our interview. She got to our hotel before the agreed time which is commendable. She dropped us by the embassy and guided us where to go. She even held our bfast! Until we were finished. Then after our interview she did a tour and we saw the east and northern side of Barbados! It was splendid! Then we had lunch ! Such a wonderful tour guide, magnificent service provider! Because of these services I have goingbarbdos contact on speed dial and definitely would be staying by them next time!!!! Book them now! You won't regret it!!!!
Our experience at the embassy lodge was a great one from start to finish. We stayed for 2 nights. The room was very spacious, the environment was very quiet, serene and clean just how we like it. The services provided by our taxi driver were on time and impecable. He went out of the way to ensure that we were comfortable and enjoyed our trip. We utilized tgeir passport pick up and shipping service. It was simple, easy to follow and our passport was safely returned to us. Would 100% recommend their services if you are traveling to the embassy in Barbados and looking for a place to stay.
I must say i was pleased with the overall service by Diplo-Go . Pick up from the airport for my daughter and myself on separate days were quick and on time. Vivian is such a lovely lady with a beautiful smile. I am so grateful she looked out for my daughter until my arrival the next day. My only issue was we took the shuttle to the embassy which left really early so if your appointment isn't 8am I would suggest taking one of their taxis to avoid waiting that long before your visa interview. The guesthouse is clean and safe I will definitely be recommending friends.

Would really recommend using the embassy lodge. I literally booked my appointment last mintue and they were able to accommodate all my requests. Troy was super and my interaction with mrs miller was like meeting a family member. The room was nice and clean. My next visit id definitely be in contact with them.
Taxi driver was very friendly ❤️,bed was well made 👏🏻and I felt very safe just they check to make sure that I had everything ready for my interview and kept asking if I was ok 🫶🏼I’ll definitely use them again ‼️thank you guys so much🫶🏼🫶🏼‼️

I have to say I don't ever regret booking. From accommodation to taxi service and their customer service 10/10. How can I forget the Taxi Driver Joel who made our trip amazing. He made us feel comfortable and he was very friendly and accommodating 100/100. Again highly recommended.
I do not regret taking a chance and booking this place. The host was accommodating and reliable. The place was comfortable and spacious. I felt safe and enjoyed my stay. Highly recommended 👌🏾
